All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
(Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

We partner with trusted carriers such as UniUni, CJPacket Ordinary SPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, high order volumes, or carrier delays beyond our control.

We do not ship to:

• APO/FPO addresses

• Alaska & Hawaii

• U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)

• Addresses restricted by carriers due to hazardous or oversized items

🔄 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Failed delivery attempts

• Unclaimed packages

➡️ The customer will be responsible for the reshipment fee.
